Open roles

Equity Research Intern

Role: Support the research desk in building bottom-up, fundamental research on Indian listed equities. This is serious, primary-source research work — not data aggregation or screen-scraping. You'll go deep into the businesses we study, and the quality of your reading and reasoning matters more than speed. The role amplifies our investment process without diluting it: process-oriented, intellectually honest, and equity-curious.

Responsibilities

  • Earnings tracking, portfolio screening, sector notes, and watchlist maintenance.
  • Deep-dive company and sector research using primary sources — annual reports, concall transcripts, SEBI filings, and regulatory disclosures — over aggregator data.
  • Read closely and critically: notes to accounts, accounting policies, related-party transactions, contingent liabilities, and the fine print most analysts skip.
  • Build and maintain financial models — segment-level analysis, ROCE, FCF, DuPont, SOTP — grounded in reported numbers, with assumptions you can defend.
  • Reconcile and audit data: corporate actions, demerger artefacts, restatements, and one-offs that distort headline numbers.
  • Track corporate actions and management commentary across coverage names.
  • Prepare research notes and summaries that hold up to scrutiny on first principles.

Requirements

  • Pursuing CFA — Level 1, 2, or 3 cleared.
  • Genuine interest in fundamental equity research and Indian markets.
  • Strong foundational understanding of financial statements — how the three statements link, and what the numbers actually mean.
  • Willing to read long-form material and dig into the notes to financial statements, disclosures, and footnotes; comfortable sitting with dense text.
  • Strong Excel; ability to build and stress-test models.
  • Skeptical, detail-oriented mindset; preference for primary sources over headline multiples; intellectually honest about what the data does and doesn't say.

What you'll get

  • A basic monthly stipend for the duration of the internship.
  • Hands-on research access to Capital IQ and Capitaline.
  • Direct mentorship on a rigorous, first-principles research process used on live coverage.
  • Opportunity to convert to a full-time research role based on internship performance.
Operations Manager

Role: Own the operational backbone of the advisory — client servicing, trade execution support, and MIS — and be accountable for operational business outcomes. This role exists to make service quality non-negotiable as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Track client investment schedules, SIPs, and rebalancing timelines.
  • Update and reconcile trades across client accounts and broker platforms.
  • Own client follow-ups, review scheduling, report dispatch, and servicing communications.
  • Build and maintain MIS dashboards and reporting.
  • Take ownership of operational KPIs and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in wealth/advisory/broking operations preferred.
  • Strong reconciliation and organizational skills; CRM-savvy; comfort with Excel and back-office tools.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • NISM Series X-A & X-B certification preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple client timelines independently.
Technology Intern

Role: Build and enhance our Python/React-based back-office applications that power advisory operations — portfolio tools, dashboards, calculators, and reporting modules.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance existing Python + React back-office applications.
  • Build new internal features and tools from idea to deployment.
  • Work with Flask/MySQL backends and React frontends.
  • Debug, test, and ship incremental improvements.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Python and React.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs; exposure to Flask/MySQL a plus.
  • Self-starter able to own a feature end-to-end.
  • Interest in fintech / wealth-tech a plus.
Assistant to Investment Adviser

Role: Work directly with the Investment Adviser on client advisory, review preparation, and onboarding — owning client communication and servicing logistics so the adviser is free for investment thinking and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client portfolio reviews and performance reports.
  • Own client communication, report dispatch, and review scheduling.
  • Support advisory meetings — agendas, notes, follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate client onboarding logistics and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with research inputs and client documentation.

Requirements

  • NISM Series X-A & X-B cleared (mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; CRM-savvy.
  • Detail-oriented and discreet with sensitive client information.
  • Interest in investment advisory as a long-term career path.
