In accordance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013, Regulation 14 & 19, we maintain a Disclosure Document that provides detailed information about our business, qualifications, services, fees, and conflicts of interest.

05

Risk Profiling Process

Risk assessment is a prerequisite for any investment advice under SEBI (IA) Regulations. Our process is systematic, documented, and revisited annually or on significant life changes.

  • Financial Data Collection

We collect comprehensive information about your income, expenses, existing assets, liabilities, insurance coverage, tax bracket, and financial dependants.

  • Standardised Questionnaire

You complete a SEBI-aligned risk profiling questionnaire assessing your risk capacity (ability to absorb losses) and risk tolerance (psychological comfort with volatility).

  • Risk Profile Documentation

Based on inputs, we classify your profile as Conservative, Moderate-Conservative, Moderate, Moderate-Aggressive, or Aggressive. The classification is documented in writing and shared with you.

  • Investment Policy Statement (IPS)

Your goals, risk profile, investment horizon, and constraints are codified in a written IPS — the governing document for all investment decisions made on your behalf.

  • Annual Review & Update

Risk profiles are reviewed annually and immediately upon significant life events (retirement, marriage, inheritance, job change, etc.) to ensure advice remains appropriate.
